AMPYR Australia has launched a $100,000 Bulabul Battery Community Benefit Fund to support community-led initiatives in Wellington NSW and surrounding areas, including Goolma, Geurie, Mumbil and Stuart Town.

✅ Grants of up to $10,000 are available for local groups, schools, clubs, volunteer organisations, service providers and First Nations organisations.

✅ Priority areas include First Nations initiatives, community engagement, education, health and wellbeing, plus projects promoting environment, sustainability, arts, culture and sport.

New $40,000 Community Fund now open for Port Augusta and neighbouring communities!

AMPYR Australia has launched the Northern Battery Community Fund — a new grants program offering up to $5,000 for local groups, schools, clubs, volunteer organisations, service providers and First Nations organisations.

The Fund support projects that benefit the communities around Port Augusta, including Stirling North and Port Paterson.

Projects could include environmental initiatives, youth programs, health and wellbeing activities, arts and culture, sport, or even small infrastructure improvements.

This Fund ensures the communities closest to the Northern Battery project see direct, meaningful and ongoing benefits as the project progresses.

Applications for funding close: 5pm, Friday 9 January 2026
