Hayer Town Centre | Langley

Four mid-rise buildings, one town centre for West Langley.

Each building has wood-frame homes on a concrete base with shops at street level. Our team designed the structure to carry the homes above around the open storefronts and to resist earthquake and wind forces.
Developed by Hayer Builders Group and designed by Focus Architecture, the community brings 338 homes to Willoughby Heights.
