Check out the challenge we did at our last team meeting!

We had our site leads guide their teams to create a post flashing through only verbal direction. This was a fun, competitive way to have everyone participate in hands-on learning as well as brush up on training skills.

Believe it or not, some Genie lifts can reach up to 180 ft, that’s roughly 12–18 stories depending on the building. Many of our multifamily projects sit around 6 stories high on slab, which is still a serious amount of height!
