Here’s a quick sneak peek at our 5th Ave reno 👀

We’ve been sharing a lot of our log renovation lately… but we’ve actually got two other renovetion projects on the go as well.

Renovations are where the real work happens. As we open up walls, floors, and ceilings, we take the time to properly inspect everything (moisture, leaks, electrical, plumbing you name it). It’s the best opportunity to catch anything hidden and make it right.

We keep things transparent, communicate every step, and make sure it’s done properly for peace of mind — that’s the Elk River way.

Here’s a quick update at the Red Roof Cabin at the Fernie Ski Hill!

So much care is being taken to preserve the log structure (almost like it’s a historic building) and ensure all details are considered, thought out and evaluated so the existing home ties in seamlessly into the new extension.

We are proud of our team and thankful to all our partners on the huge effort over the last month to get to this point 🙏🏼
