Another year, another fantastic golf tournament!

We hit up Twin Stacks Golf Course on August 14th for our annual employee golf tournament and it delivered exactly what we had hoped for, sunshine, team spirit, questionable swings, and a whole lot of laughs.

This chute assembly is the fourth in an ongoing project consisting of nine unique chutes. Although they are fabricated for a client with deep roots in Ontario, once fabricated, they will travel out of province for use underground within the potash mining sector.

Each chute assembly contains a unique set of subcomponents spanning four different material grades. Fully assembled, this chute occupies a 3-dimensional envelope larger than (4) Ford F150 SuperDuty Trucks (or 4,350 cuFt.). The chute pictured required skilled integration of highly dissimilar steel presenting a unique set of challenges that showcased our teams expertise and innovative problem-solving abilities.

This ongoing project will see over 100,000 pounds of custom plate fabrication delivered out-of-province.
