Hourly Wage $35-$40 based on experience
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Friendly, personable and works well with others.
• Team player.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience from rough carpentry to finishing for small and large jobs.
• Show pride in their craft and overall workmanship with an eye for detail.
• Good record keeping.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to change and "think on your feet".
• Ability to communicate regarding progress and/or troubleshooting on an ongoing and daily basis.
• Valid driver's license, operating vehicle, tools, and cell phone.
• Able to pass a criminal record check.
Tools, cell phone, transportation and minimum of 5 years full-time experience required.
