Constructing nearly 50 kilometers of natural gas pipeline through the Greater Toronto Area required precision, coordination, and innovative trenchless solutions.

The GTA Mainline project included 63 major road crossings completed without a single road being open-cut, along with 16 HDD and two Direct Pipe crossings. The team also successfully navigated 520 buried utilities with zero damages or contacts, earning the Excavator of the Year Award from the Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance.

Delivering 55 km of pipeline through British Columbia’s Lower Mainland required precision, coordination, and expertise across highly varied conditions.

As part of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project, we safely completed construction using both trenchless and conventional methods, including directional drilling, auger bores, Direct Pipe, and HDD installations. The work on this large-scale project supported critical energy infrastructure across one of Canada’s most complex pipeline corridors.
