Each June, the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield celebrates local high school graduates with banners displayed across the community. 🎓

This year, OSCO Construction Group was proud to support the initiative, with a member of our team joining local volunteers in helping install the banners.

Pictured is Shelley McNamara, Disability Coordinator with OSCO Group Services, holding a banner featuring her daughter Brooke, who will graduate later this month.

Congratulations to Brooke and to all members of the Class of 2026 in Grand Bay‑Westfield, and across the communities we’re proud to be part of. 🎉

This World Environment Day, we’re taking steps both big and small to support a more sustainable future. 🌱

Through our “Trips‑to‑Trees” initiative, we’re turning everyday Ready-Mix delivery activity into long-term environmental impact, with plans to plant more than 5,000 trees in Nova Scotia to support restoration and reduce our footprint.

At our Saint John offices, employees are also taking part in a sapling and shrub giveaway, encouraging small actions that can make a difference over time.

Whether at work or at home, it all adds up.

Recent highlights from our OSCO Concrete operations across Prince Edward Island. 🌟

From wharf pours to ongoing work like the new electrical station in Tignish, our team continues to support a variety of projects across the island.

It’s great to see the progress being made across so many sites. 👏

Construction continues to take shape at the Meridian project in downtown Halifax. 🏗

All three towers are now out of the ground, with pump towers in place as the team pushes ahead into the next phase of work.

Strong effort from the Allstar Rebar Nova Scotia team and everyone involved on site. 👏

Wrapping up a great placement and looking ahead 🎓

As a five‑week placement with the Administration team at FCC & Marque Construction comes to an end, we’re recognizing the contributions and positive energy brought to the team by Kaela Dempster, a student from NBCC's Administrative Professional program.

From supporting work at our Saint John head office to gaining exposure to activity on a local project site, it’s been great to see this experience come together.

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, Kaela, and all the best in what’s ahead!

We recently had the chance to celebrate Robert Campbell and his retirement after 30 years with Marque Construction Limited. 🎉

Robert started as an electrician during a busy period of growth and quickly stepped into added responsibilities, including managing a long-running lighting contract across Atlantic Canada and supporting youth apprenticeship students along the way.

He later moved into estimating, where he found his stride, before lending his skills to Marque’s industrial side of the business, where he continued to make an impact for many years.

Robert built a career defined by reliability, versatility, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

Wishing him all the best in retirement. 👏

Construction continues to move ahead at the South End K–8 School project in Saint John. 🏫

Steel er****on is now underway, with the first sequences recently installed as the structure begins to take shape.

The new school will serve approximately 450 students and help support the growing needs of the community. We’re proud of the work being done by the Ocean Steel & Construction Ltd. team as this project progresses. 🏗

This week, members of our team were in Woodstock, Ontario working with Mark Hemmings Photography to build their smartphone photo and video skills. 📸

Hosted at our PreCon facility, the session gave participants a chance to learn new ways to capture the details of our work and tell the story behind it.

Big thanks to Ocean Capital and Hemmings House Pictures for making this possible.

Swipe through to check out a few shots captured during the session. đź‘€
