Neo has closed the previously announced transfer of its interest in the Sarfartoq Carbonatite Complex in Southwest Greenland.

Key highlights:
✅ Total consideration of US$20 million in cash, plus common and Series R preferred shares of Greenland Mines
✅ Neo retains a meaningful equity stake through its 43.47% interest in NNSR Holdings
✅ Offtake rights preserved for up to 60% of ore or mineral concentrate produced from the Project

This transaction sharpens Neo's focus on its core midstream and downstream rare earth strategy, while maintaining upstream optionality through equity and offtake exposure to Sarfartoq.

Neo is strengthening Europe's rare earth magnet supply chain through a new strategic partnership with Carester.

• Securing access to heavy rare earth oxides for Neo's European magnet production.
• Recycling magnet manufacturing scrap and recovering valuable rare earth materials for reuse.
• Expanding rare earth separation capacity in Europe through Neo's Silmet facility in Estonia.
• Advancing a more resilient, diversified, and circular rare earth value chain.

By combining Neo's separation and magnet manufacturing expertise with Carester's heavy rare earth recycling and separation capabilities, we are helping build a stronger foundation for Europe's future in critical minerals and advanced materials.

57 million in Adjusted EBITDA. Up over 200% year-over-year. Our second consecutive record quarter.

Today, Neo Performance Materials reported Q2 2026 results:

Revenue: $205.7M (vs. $114.7M in Q2 2025)
Adjusted EBITDA: $57.0M (vs. $19.0M)
Adjusted EBITDA margin: 27.7% — up 1,240 basis points
Adjusted EPS: $0.55 (vs. $0.21)

Every segment contributed:

Rare Metals: $44.4M Adjusted EBITDA, up over 300%, on record hafnium, gallium and tantalum pricing
Magnequench: $10.5M, up 39% — strongest quarter since Q2 2022
Chemicals & Oxides: $8.5M, up 56%

On the strength of this momentum, we raised our full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance to $140–150 million — nearly double our 2025 result — and we expect to land at the high end of that range, with potential to exceed it.

"This reflects continued strength in volumes across all of our segments, disciplined operational ex*****on and a sustained favourable pricing environment." — Rahim Suleman, President & CEO

We are raising our full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance.

New range: $140 to $150 million.
Prior range: $100 to $110 million.
That is a 38% lift at the midpoint, and about 90% above 2025.

Elevated pricing across hafnium, gallium, and rare earths — combined with disciplined ex*****on across Magnequench, Chemicals & Oxides, and Rare Metals — is expected to drive materially stronger full-year earnings.

Neo Performance Materials will be at this year's 2026 REIA Conference, June 9–11, joining the conversation on the future of rare earth supply chains. REIA brings together the full REE value chain, producers, refiners, policymakers, and end-use industries to tackle the supply and technical challenges that define the critical materials landscape.

Swipe to meet the Neo team on the ground. If you're attending, find us there. The conversations that define what comes next happen in the room.

Last week, Neo’s Silmet team hosted the International Energy Agency (IEA) for its Critical Minerals Country Review of Estonia.

The IEA delegation visited both of our Estonian operations — NPM Silmet in Sillamäe and our permanent magnet plant in Narva — to see Neo's "molecules to magnets" model firsthand: one of Europe's few integrated rare earth value chains.

The takeaway: Estonia is the EU's most understated rare-earth asset and a real anchor for European supply chain resilience.

Thank you to the IEA's energy security team, our guests from Norway and Finland, and our partners across Estonia's Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Climate, and Enterprise Estonia.
