Another good project completed in the Banchory area this week! 🌿

Our job was to reclaim an overgrown section of the client’s property, transforming it into a tidy and easily maintainable space.

Works carried out included:

✅Mulching approximately 1.2 acres of overgrown vegetation

✅Moving approximately 30 tonnes of stone to repair the property’s dry stone walls

✅Re-grading the embankment to create a more maintainable slope

✅Supplying, spreading and preparing approximately 130 tonnes of screened topsoil

✅Sowing grass seed ready for new growth

A few weeks ago, we were back with a returning customer in Banchory to excavate the foundations for their new garage.

✔️ All excavations completed
✔️ All waste removed and responsibly disposed of
✔️ Existing drain extended to within the foundation boundary
✔️ All levels set and prepared, ready for the client to pour the concrete

This week saw the near completion of our joint project with Landform Ltd in Forres.🌿

This week’s scope of works included:

🔷Levelling and positioning the tanks

🔷Reinstalling the porcelain coping

🔷Creating planting pits for the client to develop and plant over time

🔷Backfilling the area with the client’s chosen materials

🔷Installing crushed turquoise glass to the base of the pools

🔷Installing coping to the sleeper retention

The project is really starting to take shape, with the key structural and landscaping elements now in place.💧

We will return in the coming weeks once the electrician has completed the pump wiring. At that stage, we’ll set the flow rates and install the remaining surface materials to bring the project to completion! ✔️
