🏔️ 10 Days to Go! 🏔️

The countdown is officially on!

In 10 days, our team will set off to climb the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, in support of Alder Hey Children's Charity and The Christie Charity.

The training walks are done, the boots are broken in, and the nerves are kicking in as we get closer to challenge weekend.

⛰️ We're Taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge! ⛰️

In just 17 days, the Murray Building Services team will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for two incredible charities.

Over one weekend, we'll climb:
🏔️ Ben Nevis (Scotland)
🏔️ Scafell Pike (England)
🏔️ Yr Wyddfa / Snowdon (Wales)

That's around 23 miles of walking and over 10,000ft of climbing!

We're raising funds for Alder Hey Children's Charity and The Christie Charity. Alder Hey has been a valued client of ours for many years, and The Christie holds a special place in our hearts, with many of our team and their families having been affected by cancer.

We’re proud to announce that the team at Murray Building Services will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge! 🥾⛰️

The challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - all within 24 hours, in support of a fantastic cause.

This will be a huge test for the team, but we’re looking forward to pushing ourselves and raising as much money as possible along the way.

We will be raising valuable funds for two amazing charities: Alder Hey Children's Hospital and The Christie Charity. If you’re able to support us, any donation would be hugely appreciated, no matter how big or small. Every contribution makes a difference and means a lot to the whole team.

After work, 5 of the Murray Building Services team (plus returning superstar Bella 🐾) headed to Pen-y-Ghent in the Yorkshire Dales for another training session ahead of this year’s Three Peaks Challenge.

The legs were tested, the lungs were working overtime, and Bella somehow still had enough energy left for a photoshoot at the top.

This June, the team will take on the challenge of supporting one of our valued clients, alongside another charity that means a lot to us all. More details coming soon… 👀

❄️ Winter Update 2026

It’s been another busy and productive few months for Murray Building Services.

We’ve secured a number of new projects across healthcare, education and heritage sectors throughout the North West, including works at local hospitals, listed buildings and public facilities.

Alongside these new wins, we’ve successfully completed key schemes delivered within live environments, ensuring minimal disruption while upgrading essential mechanical services infrastructure.

We’re also proud to have recognised several internal promotions and welcomed new team members as our maintenance and lifecycle division continues to grow. 👋
