We recently completed the first stage of a project on behalf of our service customer Terry Harris & Sons

Firstly, an SCM Profiset 60 EP Planer Moulder, which is a significant upgrade from their much older German machine; and an SCM SD30 Twin Belt Sander with 10 Inch Control Panel.

The SD30 Sander is one of the first of it’s kind to be installed in the UK; with the new Eye-s Controller, which proved to be a hit with our customer with it’s ease of use!

Our engineers Jeremy & Szymon completed the installation, with customer training conducted as the WMS Standard.

Our customer was extremely happy with their new machinery; phase two of this project will be completed shortly.

Our customer came to us for an upgrade on their old machine to cut materials for pattern forming.

Their new Harwi 130 Ripsaw was built to their own specifications along with new specialist saw blades for the customer’s material applications.

We offer servicing on an adhoc basis too; but our customers on 3, 6 or 12 monthly service schedules don’t tend to experience the emergency breakdown issues that adhoc service clients do. Prevention really is better than the cure.
