Our new project is now underway down at Brighton Marina, where weā€™ll be carrying out a full external maintenance package across the block.

The works will include repointing, brick cleaning and redecoration, with scaffolding currently going up as we prepare to get started!

A look back at how Palmeira Square has come together.

This project has been completed in phases, with works including asphalt and roof repairs, fire escape refurbishment, window repairs, render and crack repairs, along with full external redecoration throughout the elevation.

Looking back at where it started compared to where itā€™s ended up, the difference is clear. A lot of work has gone into this one across every stage, and the finished result shows just how much the building has been brought back into shape.

A new project is now underway at 27 Brunswick Place, and this is a look at the site before works begin. Weā€™ve captured the main flat roof, chimneys and firewalls at the pre-start stage, ahead of the external maintenance works getting properly underway.

A final look at Palmeira Square, now that the works are complete. This has been a detailed external maintenance project delivered in phases, including asphalt and roof repairs, fire escape refurbishment, window repairs, render and crack repairs, along with full redecoration across the elevation.

With the scaffolding now down, you can properly see how everything has come together. A lot has gone into this one from start to finish, and the end result is a reflection of the work behind it.

Our new project at St Michaelā€™s Place is quickly coming together, with the scaffold now up and the first stage of works already underway. Minor roof repairs have been completed, and weā€™re now in the process of applying Acrypol as the project continues to progress.

It won't be long till this project has been turned around and handed back to the client!

Works are moving on well at 3 Cavendish Place, with the roofing and render repairs now complete.

The window and door repairs have also been completed, and the metalwork has been undercoated, ready for the next stage.

Painting and decorating are now well underway, with second coats going on as this external maintenance project continues to come together.

A closer look at Palmeira Square as Phase 2 comes towards the end and the finished result starts to show. With the scaffolding now down, you can really see how the elevation has come together and how much progress has been made across the full programme of works.

From the asphalt roof and wider repairs, through to the fire escape refurbishment, window, render and crack repairs, and full redecoration, this has been a detailed external maintenance project with a lot involved. Weā€™re now into the final touches, with the overall finish nearly there and the project just about to cross the finish line.

The front and rear elevations at Scotland Street are now complete, marking a good step forward on this full renovation.

With the external works on those areas now wrapped up, attention has turned inside, where the team are decorating and bringing the internals towards completion. Not long to go before this one is handed back to the client!

The roofing works have now been completed at Cavendish Place as this external maintenance project continues to move forward.

The render has been removed ready for re-rendering, joinery repairs have been carried out, and the decorating is now underway. Another stage ticked off as the building started to come back together.
