At Apex Pumps, we are proud to supply pumps for most of the major breweries, and we love supporting our local community.

Sometimes our customers need more than just a pump. They need one fast.

At 3.30pm on Monday 21st July, we received an urgent request from the MT Aral for a large stainless steel tank cleaning pump (ISFC 125x80-400 55/4). The original delivery date was the following Monday (today), but a change to the ship's schedule meant it was suddenly needed by Friday 24th July.

For a pump of this size, that's a seriously tight turnaround. But we're always ready to rise to a challenge! 💪

Thanks to our in-house fabrication and machining capabilities, skilled workshop team and trusted local supply chain, we pulled everything together to have the pump built, assembled and delivered to Portbury Dock by midday on Friday.

It's this combination of expertise, flexibility and teamwork that allows us to respond when time is against our customers.

Not many companies can turn around a bespoke stainless steel pump in four working days. We're proud to be one that can 😀

MEET THE TEAM 👋

This month we're introducing Kelly, who looks after the Spares side of the business here at Apex Pumps.

From the moment a customer enquiry comes in, Kelly is there every step of the way, preparing quotations, processing sales orders and managing them through to dispatch. With many customers needing replacement parts at short notice, she plays a vital role in ensuring orders are turned around quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.

When she's not at work, Kelly is a busy mum who loves spending quality time with her family. She's also a keen traveller and always has her next holiday adventure planned!

Thank you, Kelly, for all your hard work and dedication to keeping our customers up and running👏
