From ruin to resplendent!

We love heritage building work, taking extra time and care to ensure these buildings are rejuvenated for another century.

These types of projects are preserving architectural significance, while maintaining local heritage for future generations.

At Marlam Construction, we source local materials like lime mortars and seasoned timbers for blending traditional craftsmanship with modern sustainable comfort, that always maintains the building’s natural need to breathe.

Feel free to reach out if you have similar projects in mind.
