For this recent project with Waites Mechanical Services, we created a bespoke combination of timber stud walling, PVC pelmets and a large sliding curtain system to help retain heat, reduce dust and keep the workspace flexible throughout the year.

Super yachts can't be moved to fit a spray booth. So we built one that moves to them.

Maritime Yacht Services needed a professional spraying environment for large-scale yacht maintenance but fixed booths were impractical and prohibitively expensive at the scale required. Their existing tarpaulin setup couldn't retain heat, leading to inconsistent finishes, longer prep times and increased labour costs.

We designed and installed a fully mobile retractable spray booth, 5m wide, 4m high and 15m long, paired with a mobile extraction unit. The specialist fabric retains heat more effectively than standard sheeting, and the reinforced steel framework ensures the structure remains robust when repositioned.

The result: faster setup times, improved paint quality, lower labour costs and a safer working environment for operatives.

Another successful install in the bag 💪 We recently completed a floor-to-ceiling partition wall in a bottling facility designed to improve workflow, temperature control, and cleanliness.

This project included:
