Also stairwell ceiling skimmed - 3.3m height from landing, over 6m height in stairwell, nice set up using the tower scaffold.

We dug out and installed a ducting with draw wire ready for utilities to join onto 🪏

Shuttered and poured a concrete base then installed the electrical cabinet, patched in with tarmac.

All ready for the utility company and electrician.

Structural openings done and a big push to get three rooms boarded and skimmed ready for the floor layers.

Floor starting to go down. Even started to mist coat.

Been a bit quiet on here due to a big workload but great to see such progress
