Thats pretty much job done on this one, its been a full start to finish project from rip out to Plastering, Joinery, Electrics with help from Michael Sullivan as always, Mark Deere for your new Rad, Ive fully prepped for decorating with the Old Man Spud himself adding the colour and finishing touches! I'll be taking more of the decorating side of things on aswell for jobs like this in the future, really enjoyed watching this one come together its been a pleasure! Gray Law and Clare Law you've almost got your living room back Enjoy it thanks for all the Crisps and Biscuits 😂

Another step towards job done today, We've got some colour on the walls and the Light Oak Mdf slatted pannels fitted it really is looking the part this one now!

A bit more progress on this one this week, started mist coating and preparing for decorating , we also have some power! Ive got some nice light oak slatted pannels to fit once all decorated to finish this one off its coming together now. Up The Trades!

Progress this week, Living room fully skimmed out, recessed Led track installed around where the TV is going, all coved and new skirting boards and architrave fitted, its safe to say its coming together now!

Progress this week, Out with some old wonky door frames and replaced with new, window wall dot and dabbed, media wall all boared up and made a start prepping for skimming, be a living room again this soon!

Made a start last week on another Living room re vamp we're all built up and almost ready for some boards on, Up the Media walls!

Been on with couple of smaller jobs back end of last week and a ceiling repair at the start of this from a leak, I've sanded and treated the joists before being boarded, coved and patched back up 👍

Thats me pretty much done on this one for a bit until its been decorated and 2nd fix Electrics have been done, skirting board to fit tomorrow and a big tidy up, Then its just a case of getting Tv up and the Fire in!

Progess this week, We're all skimmed up and 99.9% of the coving is finished if you've seen my snap chat this weekend 🤣🤦‍♂️ also made a start on the doors getting there now!
