Outram Fields is one of Pacy & Wheatley Construction's standout healthcare projects, delivering an impressive 80 bed care home in Sheffield that combines exceptional design, quality construction, and outstanding facilities for residents.

The development includes private dining, a café and bar, hair and beauty salon, cinema, assisted bathing facilities, and dedicated lounges and dining areas throughout, creating a truly first class environment.

Despite challenging ground conditions, a steeply sloping site, restricted access, and the complexities of building during the Covid recovery period, our team worked collaboratively with stakeholders, designers, and supply chain partners to successfully deliver a scheme that has become a fantastic addition to the local community.

Achieving a BREEAM Very Good rating and recognised with an award for its outstanding design, Outram Fields is a project that demonstrates what can be achieved through teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

🎉 A Decade of Dedication 🎉

This week, we are delighted to celebrate an incredible milestone for Charlotte Wheatley, who marks 10 years with the Pacy & Wheatley Group.

Charlotte joined the business in 2016 as an Apprentice Administrator and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to personal development, progressed into the role of Quantity Surveyor before becoming our Commercial Manager.

Her journey is a fantastic example of the opportunities available within the business and the value of investing in people. Charlotte has played an important role in the continued success of the Group, and we are incredibly grateful for her contributions over the last decade.

⚽ Doncaster Corporate Cup 2026 ⚽

A brilliant afternoon spent at the Eco Power Stadium competing in the Doncaster Corporate Cup, hosted by Doncaster Chamber

There was a fantastic turnout, some strong competition, and after a tough start, Team P&W made a few tactical changes and managed to secure a couple of well earned wins along the way.

A close fought final group game unfortunately meant we narrowly missed out on a place in the semi finals, but a great showing from the team in our first tournament.

A huge well done to everyone involved and thank you to Doncaster Chamber for organising another excellent event.

Now the countdown begins for next year… 12 months to train and prepare for the Corporate Cup 2027! 👏

💪 Pacy & Wheatley Group Take on Tough Mudder – In Memory of Katie 💙

On 25th July 2026, members of the Pacy & Wheatley Group team will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge in memory of our friend and colleague Katie.

We are incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity and support of so many people, we have now raised £764.00 for St John’s Hospice, a charity that provided amazing care and support to Katie and her family during such a difficult time.

Our goal is to reach £1,000, and every donation, no matter the size, will help us get there while supporting the incredible work carried out by St John’s Hospice every single day.

This challenge is about teamwork, remembrance, and giving back in Katie’s honour. Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared the page, and supported the team so far, it truly means the world. 💙
