🏡 Transforming Existing Spaces into Modern Homes.

Pacy & Wheatley Construction has extensive experience delivering complex residential design and construction projects, including the transformation of an existing nursing home in York into 29 high specification apartments.

The project involved extensive refurbishment, demolition, a new three storey timber frame extension, an additional floor, balconies, external works and landscaping.

Located within a heavily populated area of York, careful planning and coordination were essential to manage restricted access, minimise disruption to residents and meet conservation requirements.

Through close collaboration and effective project management, our team successfully transformed the existing building into a modern residential development that met the client’s vision.

Excellent progress is being made on our latest crematorium development in York.

The superstructure is now almost complete, allowing internal works to progress, while external works have advanced significantly thanks to the recent warmer weather. Every milestone brings this important project one step closer to completion.

🏗️ Live Project Update: Ashbourne, Derbyshire

Great progress continues at our care home development in Derbyshire for our new client,
Care Concern Group.

Following the recent spell of warm weather, the team has made excellent progress, with the roof structure now nearing completion. Single ply and pitched roof coverings are following closely behind, while internal pre plaster works are now underway.

This exciting Design and Build project is continuing to take shape thanks to the hard work of our site team and the collaborative approach of our partners across the wider design team.
