Project Secured! 🚨

TWK Scaffolding is proud to announce we’ve secured an exciting new project—set to become one of the largest temporary roof structures in the South, spanning nearly 5,000 m² across two school buildings.

To meet strict deadlines, both sites will be erected concurrently, with our expert team delivering full weatherproofing. This will enable the roofing contractor to carry out a complete roof replacement and install a new mansafe system, all before we begin the scaffold dismantle.

Given the sensitive nature of the site, every member of our team has been fully verified with enhanced DBS checks, ensuring the highest safety and safeguarding standards.

Design work is nearing completion, and we’re now gearing up for the final survey before work kicks off in the coming weeks. 👷‍♂️

Massive well done to all the TWK team members involved in securing this impressive project as well as SMART Scaffolder Software for their continues support to our estimating department.

🏗️ Project Complete! 🏁

We’ve just wrapped up the design and installation of a fully freestanding access scaffold for an upcoming window replacement and cladding upgrade at one of our clients’ main HQ - John Reid & Sons (Strucsteel) Limited - REIDsteel

With the highest level of health and safety and quality service being expected. TWK team provided full perimeter safety zone and introduced temporary access and pedestrian traffic control at all time while the er****on was taking the place.

All elevations of this structure have been fully Monoflexed with a shrink-wrap “hat” at the top, which was installed by our in-house team to ensure full weatherproofing and uninterrupted client operations throughout the works. 🌧️☀️

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you a quick update on our temporary roof project in Bordon, Hampshire.

We’re making great progress! Our fully designed, free-standing temporary roof is coming together perfectly. Once completed it will provide essential protection for the project below.

Our team is working hard to ensure precision and safety at every step.

Fun fact: the project will need just over 60 tons of equipment and 40,000 litres of water to weigh it down!

Our Hampshire-based team is doing an amazing job running this project like clockwork. Everything is going according to plan, and we’re on track to complete it on Thursday next week.

Scaffolding Success in Extreme Cliff-Top Conditions (Especially this time of the year!)

Another challenging project completed! Our team recently finished erecting scaffolding at the very top of the cliffs, where strong winds and extreme exposure made for a tough but rewarding job.

Working in such an unpredictable environment required skill, precision, and experience—and our team delivered. Despite the high winds and logistical difficulties, we safely installed a secure and stable scaffold to allow essential brickwork maintenance and repairs to take place.

This project is a testament to our ability to tackle even the most demanding locations. No matter how exposed or challenging the site, our experienced team gets the job done safely and efficiently.

Exciting New Scaffolding Project Secured!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a challenging and innovative scaffolding project—a fully designed, free-standing temporary roof that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in temporary structures.

Due to space limitations, traditional anchoring wasn’t an option. Instead, we’re weighting down the structure with an astonishing 30,000 liters of water, ensuring complete stability while maintaining flexibility on-site.

This temporary roof will provide full weather protection for the complete rebuild of four houses, ensuring no delays and keeping the project on track within its tight time frame.

A massive shoutout to our team for their expertise and problem-solving skills in making this happen! Looking forward to sharing progress as we bring this unique solution to life.
