Job completed yesterday in Deckham📍.

Baxi Duotech 28 combi ERP in for a service, no issues whatsoever with boiler. Charged vessel, cleaned filters, sweep test burner and highs/lows done.

Discovered a 9mb drop on a TT before commencing work. Found a small leak below the gas hob which was fixed, and also found a leak from a poorly soldered fitting below the boiler, rectified the pipework and 0mb drop after testing.

Boiler service completed today in Leam Lane.📍

Baxi 830 in for its annual service, all filters cleaned and expansion vessel charged. Everything on job up to standard, one happy customer.

Repair completed in Low Fell.📍

Customer had contacted me mentioning they’ve had issues with a leak on the boiler and the electrics tripping. Arrived and noticed the diverter cartridge is leaking and causing the electrics to trip from the motorised head. New cartridge and motorised head fitted, CH and HW working fine now with no leaks or trippy electrics.

Gas cooker fitted today in Deckham.📍

New gas hose, fittings and stability chain provided and fitted along with a certificate. No issues whatsoever on job.

A few jobs compeleted today in Wallsend and Whickham.📍

2 Main eco compact 30s and a focal point inset gas fire serviced today in Wallsend with zero issues nice and easy.

1 Worcester 35 CDI serviced and in fair condition with no issues.

Few jobs completed today in Gateshead📍.

Worcester 30i ERP and a Worcester 30si compact both in great condition with no issues during servicing, sweep tested burners 0ppm. Cleaned filters and charged vessel.

An ideal logic+ combi 30 in for a safety check, no issues yet again.

Repair completed today on this Baxi in Washington.

New filling loop fitted and AAV, Silicone pipe fitted as ribbed connection had split and was leaking. PRV cleaned and vessel charged. 26.9 checks done with no further issues.

Couple of jobs completed today.

New Honeywell Home thermostat fitted in Low Fell, as the previous thermostat was faulty. 🌡️

Boiler service completed in Leam Lane on a Baxi 630 in immaculate condition.

Couple of boiler services completed this morning both on Ideal Logics, no issues whatsoever on either one of these jobs.

Annual service complete on this Baxi 830, lovely boiler to work on. Condensate and central heating filter cleaned, expansion vessel charged. All checks complete on appliance, no issues whatsoever.
