Our 'Health sector' portfolio comprises both new build facilities and complex hospital refurbishments. An example of the latter is the refurbishment of 'Ward 4 within the Alnwick Infirmary complex'.

The challenge was to remodel the ward to improve the patient experience by creating additional assessment rooms and providing space for additional beds.

We were also tasked with making structural modifications to the Ward to accommodate new ventilation equipment, providing improved infection control measures.

Celebrating the hottest event in the industry!🔥

TODAY'S THE DAY!!

We’re looking forward to getting the Easter weekend started in the best possible way with the industry’s most notorious event, our Easter Reception!

For those attending for the first time, it’s a fantastic opportunity to come together and celebrate our shared success in a relaxed environment with great company. There will be cocktails, canapés, and a selection of drinks to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

We’re currently viewing venues and compiling our guest list for what is always a real date in the diary for the North-East Construction Industry — 2 April 2026.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our successes alongside our much-valued clients, colleagues, and project partners. Invitations will only be sent to those who have recently supported and championed our work, and we’re looking forward to reconnecting with you all and saying thank you over some delicious cocktails and canapés.

We’ve developed an extensive portfolio of work in the industrial sector, supporting the development of high-quality manufacturing units throughout the region. One significant recent example of this is Central Way in the Team Valley Industrial Estate.

This was a speculative industrial development on the estate which comprised the construction of a large, open-plan steel-framed warehouse building. The first floor of the unit includes open-plan office accommodation.

Works are currently underway on the next phase of the Eston Precinct regeneration project for Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, procured through the 'NEPO212 Framework'.

The existing precinct building has been demolished, and construction has begun on seven new retail units. The redevelopment will also deliver a high-quality outdoor precinct area complete with new paving, trees, seating, and lighting.

The redesigned precinct will have a focus on Eston’s heritage, particularly the town’s railway history. In addition, one of the design highlights will be the arches to reflect Eston’s mining heritage

An update from site in Cramlington, as works progress on the development of a crematorium for Westerleigh Group.

Initial groundworks are now complete including piling for foundations to the made building together with the associated SuDS basin for the surface water system.

Great to be part of the team developing this high-quality facility.
