Never let anyone tell you that cheese and wine is bad for you!

Clare and I were taken to a great local shop for a birthday treat of cheese and wine. We were placed on a big table, and ended up sat with another group which included 3 past customers. All recommended us to the other lady in the room. ‘So you’re Simon that does kitchens, right we will be in touch’.

True to her word, we then helped create this beautiful space! This job will always mean a lot to those who worked on it. We are really proud to have been involved and helped a truly lovely family.

This is the schuller casa kitchen, dekton worktops and splashbacks, neff appliances and Amtico flooring. So many details make it just wonderful; the handles are just perfect, the incredible island light (sorry Ben for the unwrap job), and the coffee pantry add so much wow!

We were an integral part to the overall room design, working alongside GSN and our trusted partners to create the magnificent space with a few options discussed to get the most of the area.

Seeing this kitchen in motion really brings it all together.✨

From the soft contrast of sand grey and deep blue to the way the layout opens up the space, everything feels balanced and easy to live with. It’s a design that doesn’t shout for attention, but the more time you spend with it, the more it reveals.

A considered space, built around how this family will use it every day.

Another completed kitchen. Another very happy customer and another 5* review to boot!

This is the Matera door in Sand Grey from Schuller with a lovely marble effect quartz worktop and Bosch appliances.

Kitchen design is often about small details for maximum impact.

✔️ The 120cm drawers for the hob area just makes the room work so much better
✔️ Integrated dishwasher, bin, fridge and freezers keep the room looking clean and modern
✔️An added overhang to create a small breakfast bar - somewhere to perch for the morning coffee.
✔️ The dishwasher was relocated to allow for better access
✔️ An extra larder unit was added in the utility for storing those bulky and clumsy items.

The sum of all the parts and careful well thought out design make a huge difference to this space.

Thanks again to the team - George, Tom, Ben, Bobby, Jez, Chris and Dean for the hard work making it the space it is 😎💪🏼🤩

It’s often the drawers and lower cupboards that end up doing most of the work in a kitchen.

When they’re properly thought through, everything has its place and daily routines feel that much easier. No digging around, no clutter, just storage that works the way it should.

The right splashback can become the focal point of a kitchen.✨

Aside from protecting your walls, it can draw the eye, reflect light and introduce another layer of texture or colour. Whether you choose something subtle or more distinctive, it’s often the detail that brings the whole scheme together.

What a beautiful room! Seeing this kitchen completed has made me really happy. I just know that this will be such a fantastic space for this family…. and for those important coffee moments!

This is a Schuller kitchen, the Casa range. A really clean shaker door in Sand Grey with a Deep Blue island and a pale grey tile throughout. While it’s a traditional door it definitely has a more contemporary feel to the room and the open plan layout sits perfectly in the space.

The kitchen has some really nice features that may be missed at first glance. The Quooker tap was a must. The Bosch appliances include a full size oven with microwave (no smaller combi oven required for a home that really needs the option of two large ovens) and a venting hob on the island to keep the eyeline clear. There is a larder fridge and freezer behind doors too as well as the dishwasher and hidden bin storage. A cheeky little wine fridge and the breakfast pantry / coffee station add to the wow too.

We managed this project from start to finish, removing the old kitchen and floor, adjusting plumbing, electrics and lighting, plastering, flooring, installation and painting to bring the room together.

And another 5 star review to boot, so thank you to the KC team for helping to bring this all together.

Suddenly noticing your kitchen again now the light’s back? ☀️

As natural daylight returns, colours feel warmer, finishes show their true character and layouts become more noticeable. What once felt fine in winter can look and feel completely different when the space is filled with light.

If you’re starting to spot what isn’t working as well as it could, this is the ideal moment to take action.

Whether it’s rethinking the layout, upgrading finishes or planning a full redesign, those first thoughts are often the start of something better.

Integrated appliances are a simple way to keep a kitchen looking calm and cohesive. By housing fridges, dishwashers and even washing machines behind cabinetry, the focus stays on the design rather than the appliances themselves.

The result is a streamlined look that feels organised, considered and easy to live with, perfect for homes that value both style and practicality.

If you’re planning a new kitchen and want a clean, uncluttered finish, integrated appliances are well worth considering.
