All 1st fix electrics are complete, both chimneys required some extensive repairs which is now done, rooms boarded and plastering nearing completion!

Flashback to this huge project we carried out in Keymer.

This extended roof design was really intricate and not helped at all by the original developers building this house completely out of square and the existing roof out of level!!! 😭🤔

Design and innovation comes in many shapes and sizes.

In this bathroom, our clients specification was simple - create a stunning ensuite bathroom making use of the large unused dressing area, extending the existing ensuite from the small shower room already being used.
The extra kicker was making it look part of the existing house which was littered with stunning beams and exposed timbers!

Apart from the usual high quality installations, we installed 2 oak posts, routered a channel down the side and installed 2 glass panels giving some separation to the master bedroom but not losing any of the light and spacious feel of the room.

I think you'll agree the outcome is stunning.
