Just completed a bedroom and ensuite in a barn conversion in swithland.
All ceilings and walls filled and powersanded.
Water stains sealed with zinsser bin shellac.
2 coats of little green intelligent matt bathstone to ceiling and walls in bedroom.
And 2 coats of zinsser permawhite pale walnut to ceiling and walls in ensuite.
Oak woodwork masked up and kept clean.

Just completed a sitting room in a
victorian villa.
Walls stripped, filled and powersanded, pva applied to walls followed by lined with wallrock lining paper.
Ceiling finished in 2 coats of vinly matt brill white.
Walls finished in 2 coats of little greene n.o 268 green stone colour matched in dulux diamond matt.
Woodwork mirka powersanded followed by 3 coats of bradite eggshell white.

Staircase completed in Anstey.

All ceilings and walls filled and powersanded.
Finished in 2 coats of dulux diamond matt brill white.
Woodwork mirka powersanded and finished in 2 coats of bradite eggshell white.
Handrail sanded and finished in 2 coats of decorators varnish matt finish

Just completed a job in a victorian semi in wanlip.
All ceilings and walls filled & powersanded and finished in 2 coats of diamond matt, bathroom ceiling and walls in zinsser permawhite.
Woodwork mirka powersanded and finished in 2 coats of satinwood brilliant white.
Pine beams restored and stripped back from emulsion powersanded and finished in 2 coats of osmo oil. Pine doors mirka powersanded

Just completed an exterior in Anstey.
All floors, Windows sheeted up prior to painting and down pipes removed and refitted after redecoration.
Toupret masonry filla applied to any movement cracks.
Followed by 2 coats of dulux weathershield masonry brill white to render and 2 coats of weathershield masonry black to trim & masonry cills.

All woodwork mirka powersanded, fascia's, soffits and porch knotted filled and finished in 2 coats of dulux quick dry opaque black.

Front doorframe and garage frame and beam finished in 2 coats of ultimate opaque black.

Front door and garage door finished in 2 coats of ultimate opaque DH oxford blue.

Garage door ironmongery finished in hammerite smooth silver.
