Piston problems? No problem.
We’ve recently solved a tricky issue for one of our clients needing to remove pistons from a prototype semi-batch reverse osmosis system.
The result - a neat extractor tool to make easy work of removing a 16 inch diameter piston.

The number of bicycles on our roads is increasing (as thankfully the level of vehicle emissions beginning to drop). One of those bikes is ridden by an ETS Design staff member - who was then faced with the problem of where to store it in his flat. He’s not alone in having that issue. So Andreas set about designing and making a unique wall lift/storage device. The Tillet is high quality, elegant, easy to use and allows for the bike to be raised and lowered for maintenance. It’s in its prototype stages and we would love to see it in
commercial production. Any takers?

It’s a caravan! Not suitable for your beach holiday though. This caravan is a work of art that the team created for an artistic project.
Not quite life size, the van has a fully fitted interior and revolves on its frame. At the cross joint on the frame is a camera projecting shots of the inside to a screen - so visitors to the exhibition see drawers opening and closing and much more as the outside world rotates around the caravan. Clever stuff!
