The Colorectal Surgery team at University Hospitals of Leicester recently saved over 107 hours with Accurx on a Quality Improvement Program to assess the effectiveness of the gallbladder polyp procedure in helping symptoms.

Utilising Accurx, the team were able to send a questionnaire to 430 patients seamlessly.

Here’s what made it effective:
✅ Clearly defined questions for qualitative analysis
✅ User-friendly design allowing patients to respond conveniently
✅ Easy consent options for data sharing

This method of data collection saved the team over 15 minutes per patient. 🙌

💚 Improving patient care is at the heart of what we do.

At Three Spires GP Practice, Dr Joshua Feyi-Waboso and Dr Alex Burns recognised the need for concrete evidence that patients diagnosed with a transient ischaemic attack (TIA) were advised not to drive until specialist advice was provided. This is the guidance provided by NICE.

By implementing Accurx, they were able to track communication and observed that there was 100% adherence to NICE guidelines. Dr. Feyi-Waboso shared,
"It was a no-brainer to use Accurx. It was easy to use - we were able to improve our processes and adhere to current NICE guidelines with clear evidence.”

We are proud to highlight a case study from Sussex MSK Partnership East, demonstrating their effective use of Accurx’s communication
solutions to lower DNA rates and improve operational efficiencies.

Here's some stats 🥁
🤳 DNA rates were reduced by 38% by reminding patients about upcoming appointments.
🌟 Over 60 patient message templates were created to make it quick and easy for the team at Sussex MSK Partnership East to share important information with patients.
👩🏽‍💻 The service has seen a 238% increase in the number of patients visiting its website to access resources, resulting in lower volumes of

Over the last year, we've been working closely with NHS South East London ICB to enhance patient's experience of GP access. 💚 🌟 🏥

The ICB was keen to improve the way that patients could contact their GP across the whole of South East London. They wanted to tackle the 8am rush and give practices what they needed to move to a Modern General Practice Access model.

We're so proud to be South East London ICB's single supplier for online consultation and triage. Some impact stats so far 👀
✅ 155 practices were moved across to Accurx within 4 months
✅ 133,000 monthly patient requests are received and resolved
✅ 4/5 patients feel comfortable using Accurx online access form

It's not really about numbers, though; it's about the impact it has on patients and practice staff every day. We went to visit one practice, part of Nexus Health Group who told us about the impact moving to a total triage model using Accurx has had on their practice. 🎥
