Not all gates are created equal, in fact some security products can cause a false sense of security.

This customer had a bar gate on their front door , they expected it to be secure unfortunately a small crow bar flexed the lightweight construction open and lead to a burglary. We were tasked with replacing it with something more secure and safer in the event of a fire

Full box section frame and gate , fully welded seams (no quick tack welds here like I see on some gates) , clad with solid and perforated sheet to allow visibility but no access to the inside thumbturn.

Something a little bit different:

We work with lots of other security companies doing specialist bits of work, while cutting some locks into aluminium doors they asked if I could make some handles, basically the lift cars in this building had round wooden handles around the sides of the car, only problem was that if you lean on the handles they snap, the requirement from the client is can you copy them exactly and replace them, luckily I knew one of my suppliers had the engineering expertise to carry this out, sample handles removed from site , 16 new handles made from aluminium tube , powder coated black and fitted.

Another out of hours door repair carried out , client reported that door would blow open in the wind and was rubbing on the threshold, 2 men attend site at store close , remove the glass door , replace worn out floor pivot and closer, fully functional door ready for the store to re open tomorrow morning.
