We’re absolutely delighted to share the completed transformation at this stunning property in Southwell. Our team has delivered a 25m² single-storey extension that seamlessly connects with the existing living space, flooding the room with natural light through beautiful Velux windows and a large set of bifold doors that open up the home to the outdoors like never before.
One of our favourite details? The original fireplace, now perfectly centred between both rooms, retained as a stunning focal feature that ties old and new together beautifully.
Outside, we’ve laid an impressive 80m² porcelain patio finished to an exceptional standard, complete with a full-width tiled porcelain step that creates an elegant transition down into the garden.
The result? A home completely transformed — and one very happy customer to match! It was an absolute pleasure working on this project from start to finish, and we couldn’t be prouder of what the team has delivered here.

⭐️ knockthrough completed!

✔️ Two large openings formed

💡Steels up high in the ceiling space so no nasty bulkhead on show

🔥Fire place left between the openings ready to be opened up with a two way facing multi fuel fire to be installed

👊 Bifolding door towards be installed next week then cracking on with the internals and porcelain patio in the garden
