The moment structural steel goes in… a project suddenly feels real.

This week on site we reached another key milestone.

Our team have been constructing the rear structural brick piers, which will carry the loads from the steelwork and support the structure moving forward.

It’s the type of work that most people will never see once the building is finished — but it’s one of the most important parts of the build. Accuracy, levels and proper bonding are everything at this stage.

With the structural steels now installed, the building is really starting to take shape and you can begin to visualise the finished spaces.

Next stage on the programme:

• Manufacture the arch formers for the rear openings
• Begin constructing the brick arches
• Continue progressing the structural brickwork

Massive credit to the lads on site — great workmanship and attention to detail as always 👏

Looking forward to showing the next stage as the arches start to go in.

📍 Liston Court, Marlow – Progress Update

Great to see things really taking shape at Liston Court this week.

Despite the typical British weather doing its best to slow us down, the team have pushed on and we’re now flying up through the brickwork. The boundary walls are climbing, piers are set out, and you can really start to see the definition of the space coming together.

There’s something about a tight site like this that shows the value of proper organisation and teamwork. Materials in, waste managed, lads cracking on – all while keeping quality at the forefront. That’s what we pride ourselves on.

Next stage:
🔹 Continue taking the brickwork up to full height
🔹 Prep for structural elements
🔹 Keep momentum as we move toward the next key milestone

This is exactly the type of project we enjoy – detailed masonry, clean lines, and building it properly from the ground up.

This week wasn’t about bricks, steel or handovers…

We’re incredibly proud to have sponsored the Steppin Out – Stars of Tomorrow Theatre Schools trip to Disneyland for the 2026 cast 💫

Seeing the girls walk through those gates in their sponsored hoodies with DBW Limited on the back was something special. Not because our logo was there… but because of what it represents.
