📈 12 Months Later: The Results Are In!
We love returning to previous installations for their first annual service, especially when the data looks this good. We recently visited a customer in **Silverdale** to service their **9kW Ebac** heat pump system, and the performance figures are outstanding.
📊 The Stats
After a full year of operation, the numbers prove that a well-designed system pays for itself:

A huge part of this success is down to the Homely Heat Pump Controls we integrated. By intelligently managing the heating cycles and responding to the home's needs, the system achieves maximum comfort with minimum waste.
A 4.6 SCOPmeans that for every 1kW of electricity used, the customer gets 4.6kW of heat back. Compare that to a traditional gas boiler which is usually less than 1.0, and you can see why the savings are so significant.
