We’re proud to have installed our DS-8400 and DS-8007 patient monitors, alongside a DS-1700 Central Station, in the Respiratory Support Unit at Stepping Hill Hospital. 🏥

Our team has also been providing comprehensive training to help staff feel confident using the new equipment.

With reliable bedside monitoring and a clear, centralised view of patient information, the new system will support the clinical teams in identifying changes promptly and delivering safe, effective patient care. 💙

Supporting smarter, connected ECG workflows in Surrey! 🫀

Yuka recently joined James to deliver ongoing training to clinical staff using the Fukuda Denshi FX-8400 ECG machine.

The Trust has successfully integrated the FX-8400 with its EPR, allowing ECG reports to be sent automatically and securely via Wi-Fi directly to patients’ electronic records.

As our ECG expert, Yuka also shared valuable insight into additional features and functionality—giving the clinical team an opportunity to explore the questions they have always wanted to ask.

We’re delighted to welcome Yuka Mochizuki to Fukuda Denshi UK as our new Product Marketing colleague.

Yuka joined us on 1 June 2026, bringing five years of experience from Fukuda Denshi’s international headquarters in Japan, where she worked in supply chain management and product marketing, specialising in ECG solutions.

Yuka is excited to work in the UK, build strong relationships with our customers and collaborate with the wider team. Outside work, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking and travelling.

We are incredibly proud to announce that our colleague, Matthew Rickwood, has been appointed as Convenor of the Patient Monitoring Special Focus Group at AXREM.

This prestigious appointment is a testament to Matthew's extensive knowledge, dedication, and more than 25 years of experience within the UK healthcare and patient monitoring sector. Throughout his career, he has been committed to supporting healthcare providers, driving innovation, and improving patient care through advanced monitoring solutions.

As Convenor, Matthew will help bring together industry experts to address the clinical, technical, regulatory and procurement challenges shaping the future of patient monitoring across the UK.

👋 Meet the Team – Yuji Ohe

We're pleased to introduce Yuji Ohe, who joined Fukuda Denshi UK on 1st March 2026 as our Finance and Control Manager.

Before joining the UK team, Yuji worked in the Corporate Planning Department at Fukuda Denshi's Japanese Head Office, where he was responsible for group budget management, developing medium-term business plans, and liaising with investors. His international experience and strategic financial expertise make him a valuable addition to our growing team.

We're delighted to have Yuji on board and look forward to the contribution he will make as we continue to support healthcare professionals across the UK.
