We are a reputable construction company who are seeking skilled individuals or a team of professionals who can assist us with upcoming building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand basic drawings and plans
- Set out footings and accurately measure distances
- Operate a mini digger
- Communicate with suppliers and place orders
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard

Requirements:
- Previous experience in extension projects or construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and plans
- Knowledge of setting out footings and operating a mini digger
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and has a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a dynamic and growing company.

Job is available from next week (18.04.22)

Materials & tower access will be onsite ready.

Must be someone who has constructed a vented flat roof & is familiar with abutment ventilation.
