Today we have conducted a pre delivery inspection on one of Accurite’s ‘MB4’ Waterwalls prior to the machine leaving next week.

With increased numbers of inspections across the country by HSE representatives within the industry lately, the MB4 model is a fantastic option to ensure continued compliance for relatively low cost.

We’ve been quiet on here for a few weeks. That’s because our team have been hard at work preparing and testing a number of machines prior to delivery to their respective customers.

We took the opportunity this week with the drying weather to reconfigure our factory store. As you’ll see, Accurite has a huge variety of machines in stock, whether that be new, reconditioned or ‘sold as seen’.

In total 26 machines were taken out of the store and repositioned. This was only possible thanks to the support and hard work from our technicians.

We wanted to show you the lifecycle of a reconditioned machine here at Accurite and the various stages involved: from disassembly, ordering and refitting internal components, electrical systems being tested and replaced where necessary, repainting all the way through to reassembly and final testing.

It was a very busy Monday here at Accurite.

A number of machines were collected following their sale to various different customers: one in the Lake District but the other in Devon, just demonstrating the vast areas of the country we are able to delivery machines to.

We also had our next stock of incoming machinery delivered from our overseas suppliers.

Here at Accurite we always try to ensure our stock is always replenished when machines are sold which enables our customers to visit our factory and physically see our stock and decide what’s best for them before purchasing.

Here we are using the Accurite CR60 Cross Cut Saw to demonstrate the highest quality performance when cutting Cumbrian Green Slate for a customer.

Despite the requirement for exact tolerances on each piece, this machine has no problem achieving that.

This is just one of many new machines in stock at Accurite. Whether you are cutting larger blocks of stone or smaller individual pieces such as this, we’ll certainly have a machine available for you.

This is the Accurite “UK Series” Monoblock Primary Saw in action.

These primary saws are proving extremely popular in the market as there are no need for foundation works; this bolts down to a concrete floor and this can be moved accordingly.

We have 2 sizes of machine available: 2500mm maximum blade diameter or 1600mm maximum blade diameter.

Other features this machine comes with includes variable cutting speed, touch screen operating system, automatic step cutting program and a motorised trolly table with 20 tonne capacity.
