In the last week another 2 machines have left Accurite to their respective customers.

The ‘ACCU-WIRE’ (Wire Saw) has been assembled and testing prior to dispatch. We now have a second Wire Saw which is going through the same checks prior to customer collection at the end of the month.

The Denver Skema Tech has been ‘sold as seen’ in good working condition which was ideal for a specific job one of our customers had on currently.

A busy few days at Accurite as another one of our ever popular Accurite “Easy” 650 CNC 5 Axis Machines leaves for a customer in South Wales.

We also had another Accurite “Gloss” (also known as a ‘Jenny Lind’) get delivered to our customer. The Jenny Lind machines continue to prove in extremely high demand.

Looking ahead; we have 3 x ‘ MB4’ waterwalls and a Denver Skema Tech machine being delivered to customers across the UK in the next few weeks.

The new Accurite ‘Swift’ Traditional Bridge Saw simulating operations as part of our checks prior to delivery to a longstanding customer in the Costwolds next week.

Some features of this machine include:
- [ ] Variable speed cutting
- [ ] Motorised mitre facility in the head
- [ ] Turning table that is lockable at 0 and 90 degrees
- [ ] Manual, semi automatic and fully automatic workings
- [ ] Blade capacity up to 1200mm

This machine weighs over 7 tonne and spans surface area of approximately 20 metres squared.

Our expert technicians will be on hand to assist with offload, installation and training at the customers site.

Today we have conducted a pre delivery inspection on one of Accurite’s ‘MB4’ Waterwalls prior to the machine leaving next week.

With increased numbers of inspections across the country by HSE representatives within the industry lately, the MB4 model is a fantastic option to ensure continued compliance for relatively low cost.

We’ve been quiet on here for a few weeks. That’s because our team have been hard at work preparing and testing a number of machines prior to delivery to their respective customers.
