Proportional pilot control up grade for Hitachi ZX 85USB-5A Double acting lines , complete kit of parts which will work in addition to existing factory foot pedal control (it can be a long day using your foot to control an attachment i am told ) and moves the control of the attachment to a proportional thumb wheel in the hand control supplied in the kit ,giving thumb wheel control of the attachment and the precise proportional control that is achieved with this set up ,kit comes with all parts needed to fit ,full fitting instructions and telephone technical back up

This caught me out the other day Sany SY70 grey import customer asked for quick hitch kit fitting and a quick look says 24v but look again its two 12v batteries in parallel that would be some cranking amps for 7.5 machine ? fortunately the machine was not far from home so a simple swop of the valve coil and buzzer had it working but you would need to be careful with the jump leads with this one

Kobelco SK75SR-3E Double acting /hammer combination proportional pipe work kit , some times it is just not possible to produce a pipe work kit for a machine without having the machine to make the pipe work to ,this machine i piped up a couple of months ago is a good example ,customer had bought a grey import machine which lacked some of the additional circuits found on UK speck machines and had very basic hand controls with only one switch function ,working on site with the customers machine the missing double acting /hammer lines were made and to fit the machine ,an additional proportional pilot circuit and new hand controls where added to work the additional functions .

Hitachi ZX 135-6 the standard factory set up on the Hitachi ZX 135-6 has a proportional control thumb wheel fitted in the right hand lever but there are no electronics or pilot system fitted to use this function ,control of the double acting service is only available using the hydraulic foot pedal to make full use of this function you need the following kit Prop control double acting pilot circuit for Hitachi ZX 135-6 kit has the parts needed to make both thumb wheel control and the foot pedal work the double acting circuit the machine dash board flow control system still works as normal ,kit comes with all parts needed to fit full fitting instructions and telephone technical back up kit is perfect for giving fine hand control of attachments such as tree shears and grabs
