Ferrari 308 Wastegate Restoration 🏎️🛠️

Originally fitted to a 1975–1985 Ferrari 308, this wastegate required extensive restoration following years of corrosion and component deterioration.

Through a combination of reverse engineering, 3D prototyping, in-house CNC machining and specialist manufacturing, our team recreated several key components, including a new diaphragm, stainless steel spring pre-load adjuster cap and diaphragm plate, along with a billet aluminium centre body. 🔵

The completed restoration returned the wastegate to full working condition, with replacement components engineered to provide improved long-term durability and corrosion resistance.

What a fantastic weekend at Harewood, set against the stunning backdrop of West Yorkshire, for another thrilling round of the British Hillclimb Championship. 🏁

It was brilliant to see the Tin Tops out in force, with our competitors putting in some outstanding performances in the Tin-Top Top Ten Challenge. 💪

Despite the windy conditions, we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. 💨
