We’re pleased to confirm the award of Total Park, Bootle for Pioneer Design & Build Ltd 👏

This scheme will see our teams deliver earthworks, ground improvement, roads, drainage, substructure, external concrete yards and hard landscaping works on a major new logistics development in Liverpool. Once complete, the site will provide high-quality warehouses and distribution spaces ranging from 15,500 sq ft to 130,000 sq ft 📦

A great addition to our growing portfolio across the North West – we look forward to getting started! 💪

Great progress continues on Units 1 and 2 at Mountpark Ferrybridge for our developer Mountpark, and client GMI, with major earthworks and enabling now well advanced. 💪

✅ Formation works to Unit 2 are complete and ready for the next phase
🚜 Unit 1 enabling works are progressing steadily in a controlled, phased manner
♻️ The reuse of site‑won materials alongside engineered imports is supporting efficient and sustainable delivery

ZTL Contracting is recruiting experienced Dozer Operatives to support live schemes across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

We’re looking for individuals with strong earthworks experience, confident using GPS, holding a Blue CPCS (or equivalent) and willing to travel as required.

You’ll be part of a hands-on, delivery-focused team working on a range of major earthworks projects, where quality and safety come first.
