We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the UZIN UTZ team in the UK, who hosted our training session at their state-of-the-art Training Campus at Stafford Technology Park.
Together, we presented to our joint partner Heidelberg Materials UK a balanced and objective overview of the key considerations involved in floor preparation and installation.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration to raise industry awareness about best practice in installing long-lasting floors in combination with anhydrite screeds. This 4-storey care home in Great Warley, Essex, is a great example of how our products complement architecture with sustainability at its core. Designed by Harris Irwin Architects, the building features air source heat pumps and PV panels in line with the end user Care Concern Group’s sustainability goals. Groundworks are well underway on site, and the project is scheduled to be complete Q4 2026.
