On Thursday 19 June, Merrick, Ben & Steven are taking part in Race for LandAid—raising vital funds to support young people who have nowhere safe to call home.

With the ongoing cost of living crisis and limited housing options, more young people than ever are facing homelessness. In fact, 136,000 young people reached out to their local councils for housing support last year alone.

LandAid brings the property industry together to back charities that provide life-changing support to these young people—helping them find safety, stability, and hope for a brighter future.

On this job we sourced and replaced the old curved on plan Crittal windows. This was not an easy job and we ended up having to completely dismantle and rebuild all masonary and brickwork. Nice to be involved in a project with some history!

We were asked to start this job at very short notice & given 3 and a half weeks to be completed✔️

Within a week of being notified, we had set up on site and had begun the work of excavating the trench & laying the duct and concrete pad. The concrete pour was done swiftly & safely in a busy school environment & after connecting and capping off the services we were able to leave site a week ahead of programme!
