Due to the huge growth of our family business, we are looking for 2 people to join our team in Offham near West Malling, Kent.


General Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Perform data entry and filling
- Maintain accurate records ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately

Requirements:
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience in vehicles is essential

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:00pm

Salary & Benefits:
- £31,000 per annum
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Company pension scheme

Parts/Stores Person Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall parts ordering process including the distribution of parts to technicians
- Track purchase orders, monitor inventory levels and manage supplier data
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure fabourable terms and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely delivery of parts resulting in minimal downtime
- Analyse supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Carry out regular stock checks
- Capable to sign vehicles in and out of our yard at hire commencement

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years motor trade experience is essential

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 7:00am – 17:00pm

Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Company pension scheme
