Based in Whiteley, Fareham, the majority of our work is carried out in Hampshire and the neighbouring counties, however, work has been successfully completed throughout the UK. From the 1st of April planning application fees will be increasing. The submission fee charged by the Planning Portal will also be increasing.

Householder application fees will rise from £528 to £548. The Planning Portal submission fee will rise from by £5 to £75.83.

Planning fees are subject to annual indexation, from 1 April 2025. Every year, planning fees will be increased by the rate of inflation, as measured by the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), from the preceding September.
