We’ve been a little quiet on here over the last few weeks, and for good reason…

I’ve been working on one of the biggest projects of my life.

Our wedding. ❤️

It’s been amazing spending time in Ibiza with our friends and family and taking a rare chance to switch off for a few days.

We’ve had loads of enquiries come through while we’ve been away, so thank you to everyone who’s got in touch and for being patient while I’ve been out of the office.

I’ve got a few more days off before we’re back at it. We’ll be getting started on some exciting new projects from Wednesday 10th, and I’ll be catching up with messages and enquiries next week.

For now, it’s all about family time.

Big progress happening 👌

A new opening has now been formed at the rear of the property ready for the stunning set of bifold doors 🔨✨

The existing walls have been prepped, the HR boys have wrapped up the plastering, and the Max Lynn team have smashed through the kitchen & utility installation — now onto hanging the doors 🚪

We’re on track to have this project completed by the middle of next week, and the clients are absolutely buzzing with how it’s coming together 🙌

A lot can change on site in just a few weeks with the right team 👀

Since the last update, this project has moved on massively — and we’re still pushing forward ahead of schedule 👊

We’re further ahead than what’s been shared here, with some big progress to show in the next update.

It’s amazing how much progress you can make when you’ve got a great team and you’re not battling the weather 🙌

Walls are up, the retaining wall out the back is done, and the roof structure has officially started going on. Inside, the old kitchen has been stripped out, the wall’s come down, and first fix electrics are underway ⚡️

Starting to really take shape and the clients will soon see the space they have to work with 🏡

Next up is a well-planned side extension, including a garage at the front and utility at the rear. Internally, we’ll be opening up the layout to create a more spacious kitchen, complete with bifold doors at the back to maximise light and flow into the garden.
