Plastic crates are used every day in countless production lines. But opening and locking them has often remained a manual task.

The AC05 was born from a request we kept hearing from one of our customers. They were already using our cardboard crate solution and needed the same level of automation for plastic crates.

So we built it.

The operator simply loads the pallet. From there, the AC05 automatically separates, opens and locks the crates, handling up to 1,200 crates per hour with a smooth and consistent process⚙️📦

Built in stainless steel and available with stacked or single-crate discharge, it’s designed to reduce manual work while keeping the line moving.

Sometimes, the best machines start with a simple request.

Developed for one of the most common plum tray formats, the ST240 combines dedicated design, compact dimensions, and production speeds of up to 35 trays per minute ⚙️
