Light Systems Namibia has been appointed as one of the contractors on the 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝗠𝗪 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀-𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗯 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 in Rosh Pinah, the largest solar PV installation in Namibia.

Our team is on site, actively contributing to the installation works and driving progress on a project that will significantly strengthen local energy generation and reduce reliance on imports.

Namibia's energy future is being built right now, and we're building it.

𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗲𝗸.

This system features an 8 kW Sunsynk inverter, 16 × 585 W high-efficiency solar panels, and 3 × 5.1 kWh lithium-ion batteries.

The system allows the client to export excess power to the grid once energy demand is met and the batteries are fully charged. The result is reduced electricity costs, improved energy independence, and a meaningful contribution to environmental sustainability.
