Not every day in the trades is glamorous, but ask Sophie and Mia if they'd do it all again and the answer is a definite yes.
Mia wanted a career that was hands on and practical. Sophie always knew she wanted to get into a trade. Now both are building skills, confidence, and careers they're proud of.
As their boss Bobbie says, they take real pride in their work and are a huge asset to the team.
And if there's one thing they want other young women to know, it's this: don't be afraid to give it a go. 👷‍♀️💙

End of an Era... 🏡✨

With our brand new Cambridge Show Home in Te Awa Rise almost ready to open its doors, this is your second to last weekend to visit our much loved Cambridge Show Home in Grace Park.

If you've been meaning to stop by for design inspiration, layout ideas, or to chat with our team about building your dream home, now is the time. From clever floor plans to beautiful finishes, this home has inspired countless Waikato families over the last couple of years. 🥰

Our current Cambridge Show Home will officially close on 7 September, as we prepare to welcome visitors to our stunning new home in Te Awa Rise, Cambridge on the 14th September.

🏡 Progress is moving quickly at Lot 51, Grace Park, Cambridge!

The kitchen is now installed, bringing this home one step closer to completion. Next up is the stone benchtop, followed by painting to freshen up the interior before the tilers come in to add the finishing touches.

We've just reached the 10-week mark of this 16-week build, and it's exciting to see everything starting to come together.

Today, they're building rewarding careers in plumbing, working on Generation Homes sites across Auckland and helping create homes for Kiwi families.

Supported by Bobbie and the team at Laser Plumbing East Tamaki, they're proving that the trades can offer exciting opportunities, real-world skills, and a career to be proud of.
