Tools down, thinking caps on.

The ILS quiz night had it all. Bold answers, questionable team names, solid chat and a fair few laughs.

It was nice to get everyone together away from work and spend time as a team.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a good night.

As ILS turns 30 and BPCT turns 25, it feels like a special time to reflect on that shared care for the Banks Peninsula.

Another ILS School Holiday Programme has wrapped up.

The kids have had a busy few weeks with craft, baking, games, Lego, sport, colouring in, in-house movies and outings to the Antarctic Centre and the movies. Over time, the programme has included plenty of other off-site activities too, from playgrounds and bowling to Clip ‘n Climb, trampoline parks, Ninja Valley, Willowbank and more.

The programme is available for ILS staff, with the cost covered by the company, helping take a bit of pressure off the school holiday childcare juggle.

It's always good to see the kids having fun and making the most of the break.

Not every job gives you room to breathe, let alone swing a transformer.

ILS completed a power upgrade at Canterbury Court, Christchurch, installing a large transformer and electrical gear in a tight service area with crane support.

Limited access, careful planning, solid teamwork, job done right.
