With the Government changes now in effect for homes under 70m², building small has never been easier 🙌

While building consent isn’t required, there are still a few key requirements to be aware of:

✔️ Simple, standalone home design
✔️ Single-storey, up to 70m²
✔️ Must meet NZ Building Code standards
✔️ Built by a Licensed Building Practitioner
✔️ Must comply with local planning, height, and setback rules
✔️ Requires a Project Information Memorandum (PIM) from your local council

Wow, we can’t believe it was 5 years ago today that we handed over our first new build home here in Hawke’s Bay!

Not only have we created beautiful homes for so many lovely people, but we have made Hawke’s Bay our home, with our gorgeous girls and fur babies.

We are so lucky and grateful to be here, loving what we do, working with great teams, both in Head Office and our Hawke’s Bay community of trades and suppliers.

Thanks to everyone that has chosen to build with us and those that have worked with us and supported us along the way.
