🔨𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗲... 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁.

This bay window had begun showing signs that something wasn't right. Once we opened it up, we uncovered deteriorated materials that needed to be remedied before the damage could spread any further.

Rather than simply patching over the problem, we carried out a full repair, including:
✔️ Removing the damaged cladding.
✔️ Inspecting and repairing the affected area.
✔️ Installing new James Hardie cladding.
✔️ Upgrading the flashing and weathertight seals.
✔️ Repairing and refinishing the internal lining and window seat.
✔️ Completing all painting and finishing work inside and out.

The result is a bay window that's not only looking like new again, but is properly protected against the weather for years to come.

🔨 One fence turned into two.
