The renovation is finished. We started with an old barge and then lengthened and widened it, fitted a new front door, new wheelhouse, and installed a Yamaha F150 with electric steering, completed a full re-wire, and put it into surveyed.

The barage was returned to the water today and looks almost new. Off to work in the morning 😀
