Mike is a trade qualified builder and we are proud to be members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. We design and build new homes as well as carry out renovations. Mike and his team are the builders on your project and personally oversee all aspects involved with the construction. As a client, y

ou speak directly with Mike, who oversees each job, ensuring a high standard of quality control is maintained at all times. You will be kept informed regularly via emails which will include regularly updated photos and phone calls – providing peace of mind and an enjoyable build process no matter where you are. Bayline take extra care to ensure your home is built to exacting standards. We don’t just settle for minimum requirement in our construction we exceed it! Bayline take pride in having an enthusiastic team of hard working qualified carpenters and apprentices who take pride in their work and themselves and each individual project we undertake. Each member of the team is always encouraged to become better whether this is through continued study or away from work on the sports field, we take pride in seeing members of our team achieve.
